In Tune Coaching
The world needs you, and you have much to offer!
About Annie Hempstead
As a Stanford trained Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist and Adult Psychiatrist I was honored to help kids, teens, adults & families on their journey toward health and fulfillment. Later on, I trained in a rigorous and transformational program with New Ventures West in San Francisco as and now practice as a Certified Integral Coach.
Practice
Before becoming a physician, I worked as a piano tuner and rebuilder.
Now I’m pleased to offer a variety of different kinds of tune ups!
We are living in the midst of challenge. What is important for you right now? What is changing?
What would you like to change? What are your fears, challenges & dreams? Also, would you like to understand more about relationships in your life? We collaborate to help clarify your goals and current obstacles. Would you like to find some easy practices that fit in with your life, to help you with resilience, energy, and even joy? My skills include Integral Coaching, parent education and support, parent child communication, enneagram informed personality exploration, embodiment coaching, and CBT informed coaching. I enjoy working with parents of kids of any age, to improve parent child relationships, and with anyone wanting to find to energy, courage & compassion to share their gifts.
Many of us spend a great deal of time thinking. That’s wonderful. We tend to be rewarded in education and in our jobs for lots of thinking, remembering stuff, generating goals, and seeking outcomes. But when is it time to check into what else is happening, in our hearts, and in our bodies, perhaps what we are longing for? When these parts of ourselves begin to connect with each other, we are more in tune with ourselves, others, and our actions in the world!
My interests include music (guitar and ukulele), yoga, pilates, meditation, art, social justice, traveling, trying to be a better cook, and time with friends and family.
